Did you know that your choice of hotel for the Annual Conference has a direct impact on your association? In order to secure sufficient meeting space for the conference we must guarantee a minimum number of bedroom bookings by our delegates. Although we understand that making your reservations outside of the conference block can sometimes be more economical, it may cause the association to have to pay a penalty for unbooked rooms within the contracted room block, which over time will result in higher conference registration fees. A block of guestrooms has been reserved at the Fairmont Winnipeg hotel. All participants in the conference are required to make accommodation arrangements through the online reservation service. The conference rate will be available on a first-come/first-serve basis and once the block is full the rate is not guaranteed.
